How do I delete my account?
In the Stowria app, go to Settings, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account and all of its data are deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.
Can I delete my account without the app?
Yes. Email stowria.app@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Stowria account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and email you once it's done.
What gets deleted?
Everything linked to your account: your email, name and sign-in details; all your items, notes, rooms and categories; every photo you uploaded; the AI results for your photos; and your Stowria Pro and AI scan records.
Is anything kept?
Deleted data may stay in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it's permanently removed. If you subscribed to Stowria Pro, Google Play keeps a record of your payments, as required by law. This is managed by Google, not Stowria.
Will deleting my account cancel my Stowria Pro subscription?
No. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, so deleting your account does not stop the charges. Cancel your subscription first: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Stowria → Cancel subscription.
Can I delete only some of my data?
Yes. You can delete any item, photo, room or category in the app at any time, without deleting your account.
